The 70th Ballon d'Or will be awarded on Monday, October 26, 2026 at the London Palladium in London. France Football announced the 30-man shortlist on September 8, and the ceremony starts at 23:00 Turkish time. This poll asks who you think deserves the award most among the nominees before the ceremony. The options are a preference by viewers, not a forecast.
All 30 nominees come from the official France Football list; this poll includes 18 of them. Last year's winner Ousmane Dembélé, Harry Kane, Kylian Mbappé, Erling Haaland, Lamine Yamal, Jude Bellingham, Vinícius Júnior and Lionel Messi are on the list. Vitinha, João Neves and Khvicha Kvaratskhelia of Paris Saint-Germain are also nominated. No Turkish player is among the nominees. Descriptions only show nationality and position; club details are not given because summer transfers can change them.
Only players from the official nominee list are included and no one outside it was added. Individual and team performances in 2025-26 can guide your choice, but this poll is not a jury assessment. The official result will be announced at the ceremony, so the poll closes on the evening of October 26.
Many players who wore a Paris Saint-Germain shirt in 2025-26 are on the list, including Vitinha, João Neves, Khvicha Kvaratskhelia, Ousmane Dembélé and Achraf Hakimi. From England, Harry Kane, Jude Bellingham and Declan Rice are nominated; from France Dembélé, Kylian Mbappé, Michael Olise and William Saliba; from Spain Lamine Yamal, Pau Cubarsí and Rodri. Lionel Messi and Erling Haaland are also on the 30-player list. The suggestion form can be used for the 12 nominees not included here, but no new names will be added before the ceremony.
You can use the poll suggestion form on the page for a nominee that is missing here, but only names on the official 30-player list are considered. Only one vote per device is allowed and results appear after you vote.
If an option is wrong, missing or should be removed, let us know.
